The nurse for doctor Townsend is most definitely not a people person. She makes me not want to come back. Everyone else was fantastic.

Everything was great as usual... No complaints on my end.

Feel very confident in Dr. Townsend ability to care for patients.

I've been coming to this facility for many years.And most of the time feel satisfied with the outcome of the appointment.

I know the results showed negative but I still feel awful.

My appointment was at 2:30 and I didn't see the Dr. until 3:00 p.m.

Dr Townsend was very helpful and listened well even though I had a list of things for him to address because it is hard for me to get to the doctor often. He was a bit judgmental and not especially warm or friendly but otherwise got the job done.

The front desk clerks are not friendly or engaging as they used to be. Just matter of fact. I would like to feel welcome at my doctors office. One clerk in particular just rubs me wrong every time I visit. It's her tone and approach to questions. No name tags so can't say who so she could improve.

This was a hospital follow up. The hospital made the appointment for me. The provider did not order bloodwork because the hospital ran many blood tests as well as other tests.

My only complaint is that I waited around 45 minutes before I actually saw the doctor

This doctor is a nice person, very competent. I like him very much.

I did not have a long wait to see the provider.

My doctor was very concerned about a test result but I couldn't order another test (imaging) until 3 1/2 weeks from now. This is concerning.

Rushed, walked out to locked lobby and lights off. Lack of connection with doctor.

I never saw the Doctor. I was told by the medical assistant that I was the only patient there at the time and that he would be right in in a few minutes. So I set there in that room for about 30 minutes with nobody Communicating anything with me about the delay. So I opened the door and there wasn't anybody in that area at all. No doctor in sight or medical assistant. So I left. Seems my time has no value. only the Doctor's time does.

This was a phone appointment. It came on time and the doctor listened to my problem.

Zach is very pleasant to talk to an answers understandably.

The entire experience felt very rushed and impersonal, the opposite of what I would expect from a GP during my one visit for the year. The sign instructing patients that no new or existing problems may be discussed during the annual wellness check was very ominous and off-putting. Under those constraints I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to be able to talk to the doctor about.

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Townsend. He knows what to expect from me because we had that type of conversation from the very first appointment

The receptionists, nurses, and other doctors are amazing, so kind, and compassionate! They are full of care for patients! Dr. Townsend on first impression... I hope it was a rare bad day or something for him, because he was cold-shouldering, distant, insincere, and strictly business. He acted a spoke like he had no care for me at all. I have another appointment in a year scheduled with him to find out if that's who he is or if it was just a hard day for him. But wow, for a first visit with him, a bad impression.

My family loves Dr. Townsend. He is always friendly, caring, professional, and REALLY listens to us. Thankfully he's not quick to write a script and see you go. He offers appropriate support and challenges us to do what is best for our health. A true partner. Wonderful Doc - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My wait time was much less than 6 months ago. My wait time after being called into room was maybe 5 minutes or less, and I appreciated that

I don't agree with having to pay extra if there is something else wrong with me and I need to tell the doctor about it and get charged again when I am already there in the office.

I believe that Dr. Zachary Townsend is an excellent physician. I called his office in the am for an appointment and I was able to be seen at 3 PM the same day. He is always very patient and listens to me. I never feel rushed. He asks me appropriate questions so that he can understand what's going on. I asked a question about the medicine from my past and he had already pulled it up on the computer bc he wanted to know that also. He explained about the change he was going to make for me and how it would be more helpful.

In the exam room was a computer printed sign on the door that said" any discussion of new or on going issues will be charged an additional fee". So if you can't talk about any issues in a wellness check what do you talk about? This kept me quiet about wanting to address anything.

I am comfortable with the care I received and the professionalism. I like Dr Townsend and his nurse . They are careing

It always takes a long time to see the doctor and/or get into the doctor's office. It usually takes about half an hour after my scheduled appointment time to get into the room.
